Tasting :
Muscat has a pale yellow colour. Its bouquet recalls fresh grapes and subtle floral aromas.
On the palate it is very fresh, like biting into a grape. Much drier than more southerly sweet Muscats, its fresh fruit character is unique.
Food pairing :
An excellent choice for an aperitif or reception, it goes well with asparagus, or with a lemon sorbet before the main course. Its elegance enhances the flavour of light vegetable dishes, raw or cooked.
Ageing :
Enjoy Muscat young, within 5 years, as its aroma fades with time. Serve it at 8° to 10°C.
