Tasting :

Riesling has a light yellow colour.

Its bouquet is fresh and expressive with white blossom aromas.

It is lively, dry, delicately fruity and refined in body, elegant, with some mineral and floral notes.

Food pairing :

A truly gastronomic wine, it is incomparable with fish, shellfish, seafood, white meat and of course Alsace choucroute.

Ageing :

With age the wine develops a mineral character (oenologists call this “petrolly”). For its youthful freshness, drink within 5 years, but to enjoy the mineral character it can be kept for 10 years. The ideal serving temperature is between 8° and 10°C.
